I’m Kirill — a Principal Software Engineer and team lead at Roblox, where I build GenAI systems that make engineers faster and codebases safer. Lately my focus has been agentic developer tooling: turning LLMs into production-grade workflows with real reliability, clear evaluation, and guardrails that developers can trust.

Over the years I’ve worked on a mix of developer platforms, testing/CI, and large-scale distributed systems — from big data and compute infrastructure to backend platforms and risk systems. I like problems where “it works on my machine” isn’t good enough: systems that have to scale, stay debuggable, and keep delivering value as teams and codebases grow.

Beyond software, I’m into history, psychology, neuroscience, and evidence-oriented health optimization — basically anything that helps explain how people and complex systems behave (and how to improve them).
